Absolutely incredible from start to finish! Everyone we interacted with from Mini Move were friendly, organised, and made things run so smoothly.
The guys even came early (I saw from other reviews that this happens, so I was prepared! 😆), they covered all the furniture and manoeuvred pieces through very tight corners with no hassles at all. Also went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed in the right rooms in the new house. 100% recommend. 500 stars!

I cannot recommend Mini Move Specialists enough! My first interaction was with Lisa, the owner, who was friendly, kind, and happy to help me with the move. The booking process was quick and easy! The team arrived on time last Thursday, and I was immediately impressed by their professionalism. Neat, well-dressed, and clearly proud of their brand. Ursula was amazing! She managed the team exceptionally well, coordinating everything while staying on top of the entire process.
All our items were wrapped and packed with care. The team worked fast and efficiently, and I was truly stunned at how neatly the storage unit was packed. I was convinced everything wouldn't fit, but there was still so much space! In this day and age, it is rare to find such exceptional service from the owner to the team. Thank you to Lisa, Ursula, and the entire team for making this a completely stress-free experience!

I had such a wonderful experience with Mini Move Specialist. From start to finish, everything was handled with such care and efficiency. Lisa, Ursula and the team were absolutely amazing – they explained every step clearly to my mom who had to move to a new retirement village, making her feel comfortable and reassured throughout the process. Not only did they transport everything safely, but they also unwrapped and set up all her appliances with such attention to detail. She is so happy with how smoothly everything went, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I used Mini Movers for three moves last week. Ursula and her team were amazing! They were punctual (actually early) and took the utmost care with my antiques. Nothing was too much trouble and they were cheerful and helpful. They wrap items and are really affordable. I would not hesitate to recommend Mini Movers and will definitely be using them again.

We bought house and planned our move. I contacted various moving companies, but said to myself I would only consider a company that comes to my house and see our furniture and boxes. That way, they can give me right quote and ensure my move was completed without issues. Lisa did not make excuses or send me forms. She visited, took time to ask questions and completed the inventory.
Our move was delayed and I kept in touch and when moving day came, the guys pitched up ready, fresh and eager to ensure we were relocated fast and without any issues. All that is left is to say thank you for helping us to begin our new chapter in our lives without hassles. I will recommend this company to any person who needs to move and want the best at the lowest cost.

What a fabulous service....ON THE BALL!.responded quickly to the email request understood that my very mini move had a deadline...and the collection and delivery was even early!!! Professional!! Big thumbs up!

I’ve used Mini Move Specialist twice. Both times they arrived early, the guys were very friendly, worked with care, and made sure we were happy with where the furniture was placed on the other side. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. Highly recommend.

If you want it done RIGHT, pay these people! They're worth it! They don't charge extra when the truck arrives. There are no hidden costs. They're upfront about their price and it includes EVERYTHING. They are so professional and the staff are all superstars.
I had them hoisting my couches and beds and desks over my balcony and they did it with a smile. They wrapped and covered everything so carefully and didn't rush to get it done. They actually take care with your belongings. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Lisa and Ursula for making my move pleasant and painless. I've had so many bad experiences with movers, but you guys rock! If I could give you 10 stars, I would!
